With spectacular views of sunrises over the Sea of Cortez and unobstructed views of the Arch of Cabo San Lucas, this 4 bedroom, 4 and a half bath property is 3330 square feet of lavish amenities for?everyone!

With 3 bedrooms in the main house and another bedroom in a private guest casita, there is more than enough room for the whole family at Villa Las Arenas 104. Two bedrooms are master suites that feature king size beds, while the third bedroom includes two Queen beds, all with their own ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in the private guest casita found on the property and includes a King bed and ensuite bathroom.

Take advantage of everything available in the villa's modern kitchen, where you'll find custom Rocky Mountain Hardware faucets and fixtures and top-of-the-line appliances, such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator-freezer, 6-burner Viking Gas Range, and a 20+ bottle U-Line Wine Cooler. Master the culinary arts and serve your creation to your guests at the spacious formal dining table while taking in the spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The pool/patio area includes an infinity-edge pool with an oversized oceanfront Jacuzzi, fire pit, as well as a spectacular view of the ocean waves rushing against the coastline. Easily entertain your guests outdoors by taking advantage of the Viking professional barbecue, and wet bar! A separate outdoor dining area can also be found under the thatched palapa, adjacent to the spacious pool.

Absolute paradise and pampered
We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly how pictured, immaculate and spacious. We were two families (4 adults, 4 kids) and there was tons of room for everyone to have space, hangout and play without getting in each others way. The outdoor space was like a postcard and access to the residence pool/dining was just a bonus. The staff worked with a smile and accommodated our every need. We will return!
