Luxury Seaside Escape in Punta Ballena with Beach Club Access. Description

Oceanfront luxury soars to new heights with this richly adorned, Hacienda-style home. Located directly next to the Esperanza Beach Club in ultra-exclusive Punta Ballena. The newly remodeled Casa Carreta reimagines luxury, with extreme attention to detail, from its elaborate outdoor space to its intricately selected furnishings. It also boasts awe-inspiring whale watching opportunities and direct views of Land's End and its infamous arch.

Truly make a grand entrance from the villa's spectacular staircase, as it opens to a two-story vaulted great room, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, large laundry room and bar. This well-equipped villa also includes a media room with a large sectional. While there are six bedrooms to choose from, four are luxurious master suites with huge walk-in closets, private terraces and spectacular ocean views. The home also includes the bonus of a guest casita with its own kitchenette and bath.

The high-end appeal of the home extends to its outdoor space, with multiple outdoor seating areas designed to take in the picturesque surroundings from every angle. Cool off in the infinity-edge swimming pool with a swim-up bar, relax in the hot tub, or take a break under the shade of the palapa. Curl up by the fire pit as the sun goes down for the evening or listen to the waves crash into the rocky shore from the second-floor terrace.

While a staircase leads to the beach below, guests of Casa Carreta are also treated to an extremely private stretch of sand. Along with the home's plentiful indoor and outdoor amenities, the gracious property sits right next door to the Punta Ballena Beach Club, with access to a spa, on-site dining and a fitness center. Other options include tennis and the club's grand swimming pool overlooking ocean views. In addition to the Beach Club Bar and Grill, guests might also enjoy dining at Cocina del Mar at the renowned Esperanza Resort & Spa or the ultra-chic Toro Latin Bar and Grill near the entrance to the resort. .

Casa Carreta was beautiful and spotless! There were 12 in our group from Canada. Our concierge Jackie was very responsive and spoke very good English. We have stayed at other villas elsewhere but this was one of the best because of her! She helped us with many things including dinner reservations.
