Villa Sandcastle

A wonderful stay from start to finish! I’d love to go back to Villa Sandcastle again and I recommend it to families or groups of friends. Our extended family stayed here and the house was perfect for our needs! The master bedroom is massive and there is a huge master closet which I appreciated. There are even his and hers toilets! I really loved the master shower as well. Overall, during the entire week I felt like I was a queen in a Game of Thrones episode- the decor is exotic and regal, I hope they never change it! All the rooms have views of the ocean (except the back room, which was fine for our group). The house itself has a great layout. We had a chef prepare our dinners every night and our group fit perfectly around the large round table in the dining room. I love a round table!! During the day everyone camped out around the gorgeous pool (or jacuzzi). Next time I’d hire a butler for all day service at the swim up bar! :-) Every night we watched movies in the cinema room- and the folks at Sun Cabo did a great job responding to our technical issues! I loved seeing the magical sunrises and the gorgeous sunsets. I think that this is my favorite area to stay in Cabo. I really like staying near the cute town of San Jose del Cabo away from the crowds and away from the party scene! The area, Encanto de Laguna, is a close drive to our favorite restaurants, Acre and Flora Farms. The beach is easy to access and it is a gorgeous walkable beach (we saw whales daily) and there are no hotels on the side where the villa is, so it’s nice and quiet.(The bigger hotels are way on the other end of the beach). We appreciated that the little beach club (Casa Neo) was a 4 minute walk. We got cappuccinos there and used the gym (a great gym with various cardio machines and two working pelotons and plenty of free weights). Sun Cabo is full service and made this week perfect! I Highly recommend booking a vacation with Sun Cabo. The Villa we stayed in was so amazing. People post pictures of places like this on social media which makes you wonder where are they staying. It was an experience of a lifetime. I definitely want to stay in the same Villa again but Sun Cabo has so many options to choose from that it would be hard to not stay at another one.

The entire group had a great time at Villa Sandcastle. From the moment we arrived, we were extremely impressed with the level of detail throughout the villa… and of course, the view from every room was breathtaking. The entire staff, Mario, Sebastian, Lydia and Jesse were all outstanding! We could not have asked for better Sun Cabo representatives. Mariachi was also great; I did not let on to anyone that they were coming early, and it was a nice surprise and the group really enjoyed them. And again, thank you Mary for your guidance in helping me select the prefect residence for our vacation. Sun Cabo is the best!

We had a great stay at Villa Sandcastle for my wife’s birthday. The house was incredible and fit 10 of us very easily. Megan and team were amazing setting everything up beforehand, it made it so simple. Chef Israel did all the shopping and cooking, his creations were delicious; and with Jessica tidying up the rooms and laundering towels and clothes it really was the easiest vacation we’ve done - just show up and relax! Highly recommend.

From start to finish, Sun Cabo is AMAZING! Mary. Braverman helped us plan our entire trip and was so communicative the entire time. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed every step of the way! The house we stayed at (Villa Sandcastle) was absolutely stunning! We opted in to do the private chef the entire stay and were blown away!! Chef Israel made 5 Star meals for breakfast lunch and dinner and we had never seen our kids eat so much! We came for a wedding and stayed in this home. The location was terrific and the staff were amazing. Jesse, our housekeeper was fantastic. The decor definitely wasn’t my style, but we had a great time none the less. This is minor, but I wish Kleenex was provided in each room!

The property was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our family of 7. We were a little disappointed that we could not swim at the beach but, the pool more than made up for it. Jessie did a wonderful job of keeping the house clean for our entire stay. Even though this house is a bit far from everything, it was really nice to have peace and relaxation away from the city.
