Almost like entering your own secluded garden, the five-bedroom, five-bath villa creates enough private space to entertain up to 10 guests, surrounded by the many luxuries of a Punta Mita lifestyle.

As part of the IYARI Villas section of Punta Mita, the standalone villa grants a Premier Golf Membership to its guests, presenting access to Punta Mita beach clubs, golf courses, tennis, and more. Spend your days out on the sand, out on the water, or simply admiring ocean views from the privacy of Villa Mataiza. The villa's six-person golf cart makes it a breeze to explore the rest of Punta Mita at your leisure, as you're left to choose between beach access, golf, tennis, or any one of the other top amenities in this resort community.

Back at the villa, two dedicated staff members handle your cooking and housekeeping, while you spend your free time enjoying some of the best attributes of this vacation villa and the surrounding peninsula. Designed by architect, Jaime Barba, the 4,800-square-foot villa makes indoor/outdoor living a reality. Take a dip in the personal plunge pool or dine under the shade at the outdoor table large enough to seat all 10 guests, set alongside an outdoor kitchen and grill. The shaded portion of the deck also incorporates some other outdoor seating, a suspended porch swing, and four deck loungers, all overlooking lush landscaping and distant ocean views for privacy.

A mix of sleeping arrangements in the five bedrooms make this an ideal villa for large families or friends, presenting each guest with their own space to relax, but coming together to make shared memories. A gourmet kitchen, spa-inspired baths, and a 10-person dining table are just a few more of the highlights of this luxury vacation villa.
