Built in 2017, Villa Finca del Tezal is a luxury retreat perfect for you and your friends and family. Secluded away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this lavish villa is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Baja dessert. With 4,100 square feet of indoor space and the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 16 guests, Villa Finca del Tezal will have everything you and your party need, and more.

This expansive property includes four spacious bedrooms that have been outfitted with vibrant linens and plush pillows. Two of the villa's bedrooms feature King beds, private terraces and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The third and fourth bedroom contain 2 Queen beds, while all the bedrooms also include a TV and ensuite bathroom. If needed, 2 additional Queen beds can be brought into the Games Room.

Designed with an eye for detail and unique craftmanship, Villa Finca del Tezal is accentuated by its stunning marble floors and stonework, as well as elegant furnishings and accents. Gather together around the indoor fireplace while sitting on plush cushions, or easily move from the open-concept living and dining area to the extravagant outdoor area through large sliding glass doors. You may also enjoy a gourmet meal provided by the villa staff, as you dine under the stars at the outdoor dining table.

The outdoor amenities do not end at an additional dining area with seating for up to 8 guests. As well as plenty of other seating areas, Villa Finca del Tezal boasts a spacious outdoor swimming pool and a Jacuzzi that can accommodate 12, a gas and charcoal grill, outdoor TV, Palapa and a grand outdoor fire pit. All you would ever want for the ideal Cabo escape is here at Villa Finca del Tezal!

Daily Maid & Chef Services Included!

Villa staff offer complimentary cooking services for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Groceries can either be purchased by the staff (with cash reimbursement required directly to the house staff) or provided by the client. Services may be arranged directly with the villa staff during your stay. Gratuity is additional and recommended. Please note: A holiday service fee of $60 per meal applies on 12/24-12/25 and 12/31-01/01. Pre-stock service fees are $50 for the initial grocery trip and $20 for each additional trip ($60 if alcohol is included).
