Positioned along the famed Pacifico Golf Course of Punta Mita, rejuvenate your senses with a stay at Villa Alfaro. This single-level vacation villa in the Las Palmas section of the peninsula hosts up to eight guests with three-bedrooms, three-baths, and an array of desirable features and upscale inclusions. Soak in views of the well-manicured golf course and lush landscaping, as you gaze well beyond the boundaries of the villa, out to the Pacific Ocean and beyond. The captivating setting is evident the moment you enter the villa's front doors, pass through an open courtyard with an enchanting water feature, then continue through dual sliding glass doors to the enviable outdoor space.

The included 8-person golf cart makes it easy to get around Punta Mita and further access the amenities of the nearby beach club. Take in a spectacular sunset from Villa Alfaro or head to the waterfront. While this villa sits on one of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, another course is nearby, making it the ideal setting for golf enthusiasts. Back on the property, a child-friendly swimming pool and surrounding deck provide a refreshing place to cool-off, while two nearby lounge chairs and an outdoor sofa give space to relax. The shaded section of the deck adds an outdoor daybed, additional seating, and a small dining table for four. The outdoor section of the home additionally includes a gas grill and outdoor kitchen for preparing meals, as well as some conversation space, all surrounded by tall palm trees and florals.

Pass through one of the large, glass sliding doors back inside, where the main interior section of the villa includes a combined living/dining room with high ceilings and plenty of windows for natural light. This is where you'll find a large dining table for eight, a sofa and flatscreen TV, and two counter seats. Additionally, the galley-style, gourmet kitchen features plenty of prep counter space, along with stainless-steel appliances and nearby laundry.

Natural stone, woodwork and neutral hues are carried throughout the villa, including its three bedrooms. All come with an en-suite bath, while the primary suite tacks on two separate outdoor spaces, the first of which encompasses an indoor/outdoor stone shower. Wraparound glass doors also open the suite on two of its sides to a garden-like space that's partially shaded and offers a small seating area. For comfort and convenience, the villa comes with concierge service, a cook who prepares breakfast and lunch, daily maid service, and free Wifi.

The impressive array of privileges beyond the property includes Premier access to Pacifico Beach Club, the Sea Breeze Beach Club at the St. Regis, and the Kupuri Beach Club, along with preferential tee times at both the Pacifico and Bahia Golf Courses. Guests also benefit from preferential tee times and special green fees at the Higuera Golf Course, masterfully designed by Greg Norman. Surf breaks, tennis, pickleball and paddle courts, a state-of-the-art gym, jogging paths, the Kupuri Kids Club, and pilates at the Kupuri Pilates Studio provide a diverse array of options for recreation and relaxation—ensuring something exceptional for every traveler. Access to the Punta Mita Pier opens up a world of ocean excursions and coastal discovery, from scenic boat rides to private charters. All of these exclusive amenities are easily accessible by the included 8-person golf cart.
