Flawlessly integrating two levels of indoor and outdoor living space, Rooftop Oasis is a premiere penthouse within the Surf Residences of coveted Punta Mita. This inspirational, four-bedroom, 5.5-bath penthouse accommodates up to 16 guests with access to an array of private and shared luxuries. Soak up full sun from the unit's rooftop infinity pool, or refresh in the plunge pool, all while admiring views of Las Marietas Islands and Bahia de Banderas, surrounded by almost garden-like landscaping and expansive water views.

While Rooftop Oasis provides multiple opportunities for lounging and gathering in an outdoor space, the actual rooftop level is where you'll find the elongated infinity pool looking out over the water. There's also a nearby jacuzzi, as well as seating and poolside loungers, joined by a covered dining, sitting, and grilling area with additional counter seating. Down one level, additional outdoor space comes into view, including a second pool. This partially shaded, plunge pool sits alongside even more conversation seating, another dining table for six, and another grill. The outdoor space extends on this level to add in multiple additional sun loungers and outdoor seating, accessible via massive glass sliding doors from the private bedrooms.

Wall-length glass doors also lead from the plunge pool level to the main living area of Rooftop Oasis, which comes with an L-shaped couch and large flatscreen television. This is the open living/dining/and kitchen area, complete with a large dining table for eight and a nearby kitchen island that seats three more guests. Flat-panel cabinetry and appliances further accent the gourmet kitchen, while a second living area brings in yet another large couch and flatscreen TV. Each of the private bedrooms offers its own spa-like, ensuite bath, while the primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a small sitting area. The remainder of the bedrooms all come with queen beds, including one with queen bunk beds for additional sleeping space.

The penthouse unit also includes free Wifi, daily maid service, and concierge services, all close to the sand and water of majestic Punta Mita.
