A large private swimming pool and Jacuzzi offer the ideal spot to cool off or refresh no matter the time of day. Relax poolside in one of the 12 deck loungers or dip your toes in the sand while watching another spectacular sunset from the grounds of Punta Pacifico Norte. Take stand-up paddleboards out on the water or play a game of tennis within the gates of this resort community. The elaborate home also offers a sunken seating area surrounding a firepit, as well as a large covered outdoor space with twin dining tables, counter seating, a grill and outdoor kitchen, plus a flat-screen TV and outdoor living room, primarily oriented for taking in views of towering palm trees and the ocean beyond.

Sliding glass doors also open the private bedrooms to ocean views. For yet another vantage point, head to the upper roof space seating and a high-top table directly positioned to take in some of the best natural scenery of Punta Mita. Designed as the ultimate estate for both entertainment and relaxation, the home additionally offers a CAVA wine cellar with a tasting table, a gym, and a media/game room with a large flat-screen TV, a pool table, gaming tables, and full-size video games. The elevator home even has its own spa treatment room.

Head back to the main area of the home for the gourmet kitchen with a pizza oven, espresso machine, and counter seating. A grand dining table for 14 is ideal for mealtime, prepared by a chef during your stay.
