Lounge in one of the six deck loungers or take the four included beach chairs down to the sand and water. While extremely close to the waterfront, tropically themed landscaping helps shelter the home's outdoor space, without sacrificing the views. Gaze through the palm trees to the water beyond, as you gather with fellow guests on the L-shaped outdoor couch or make use of the gas barbecue. The comfortable outdoor living room is also under a shaded portion of the deck, making it possible to feel the warm ocean breeze while also admiring views from the privacy of the villa.

A wall-length glass door opens to an indoor living room, where you'll find another couch alongside a dining table for six and a large kitchen counter with additional seating. The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped for mealtime with professional appliances, including an espresso machine. Another, more casual room adds another couch, a small dining table, desks, and a large flatscreen television. While each of the four bedrooms includes an ensuite bath for privacy, three offer a spacious king bed, while the fourth has twins. From the upper decks, relax in the swaying hammock, soak up some sun, or play a round of table tennis without ever leaving the property.

A stay in this gated community makes it easy to head to the sand and water of Palmilla Beach or take in some views of the nearby golf course.
