The covered terrace feels like a true extension of the condo's indoor space, accented by white furnishings, elegant décor and artwork. The four deck loungers sit right alongside the private plunge pool, positioned to take in some of the best views across the landscaped golf course and ocean beyond. Swim right up to the edge of your own private space, while the sheltered outdoor area extends to include enough room to house an outdoor dining table, a gas grill, and an outdoor kitchen, making it just as easy to dine al fresco as it is to dine indoors, all while soaking up the natural views and terrain of Punta Mita.

Enjoy additional views, as the private bedrooms also open to outdoor seating space. In the main section of the condo, sophisticated lighting extends from the ceiling above a formal dining table for eight, alongside a living room with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV. This extremely open section of the condo also includes some island seating in the gourmet kitchen with stark white cabinetry and countertops. Sit back and relax in the space, as the condo features a chef for breakfast preparation, as well as daily housekeeping and concierge services. For added convenience, the condo comes with free Wifi and a water purification system.

Guests of Condo Ginger benefit from a six-person golf cart, and Premier access to Pacifico Beach Club, the Sea Breeze Beach Club at the St. Regis, and the Kupuri Beach Club, along with preferential tee times at both the Pacifico and Bahia Golf Courses. Guests also benefit from preferential tee times and special green fees at the Higuera Golf Course, masterfully designed by Greg Norman. Surf breaks, tennis, pickleball and paddle courts, a state-of-the-art gym, jogging paths, the Kupuri Kids Club, and pilates at the Kupuri Pilates Studio provide a diverse array of options for recreation and relaxation—ensuring something exceptional for every traveler.
