Extraordinarily grand, the largest estate in the celebrated Kupuri section of gated Punta Mita delivers an ultra-exclusive vacation experience for up to 16 guests. Casa Querencia capitalizes on its many private luxuries, from a terraced swimming pool and ping pong to bocce ball, hammocks, and a private garden that allows guests to stroll directly to a private beach cabana on swimmable Kupuri Beach. Expertly perched on the northern side of Punta Mita, and all packaged up on a rare triple lot, gaze out over the water and toward Mono Mountain from this exceptional home, with the world-class Kupuri Beach Club right next door.

A stay at Casa Querenica means access to the beach club's gourmet dining, outdoor bars, and multiple swimming pools and spa. The club also offers paddleboarding, sailing, spear fishing and yoga, while whale watching, surfing, and Punta Mita's two golf courses additionally create opportunities for recreation and vacation memories, all just one hour from Puerto Vallarta. On the return trip from the white sand and water, spend your time lounging in the home's heated swimming pool or on one of the poolside loungers, relaxing in the Jacuzzi, or gathering with fellow family members and guests around the home's circular fire pit as the sun sets for the evening. Stately palm trees and hammocks gently blow in the wind as the outdoor space transcends to include a large outdoor dining table for 10, additional nearby counter seating, an outdoor kitchen, and a large outdoor sofa under a palapa.

Step inside Casa Querencia to discover some of the other private luxuries of the home, including many of its bedrooms, which come with access to a private terrace and sweeping views out to the blue water and beyond. One of the bedrooms adds the convenience of two bunk beds, but all are accented with neutral undertones and occasional pops of bright, tropical colors that further remind you of your elevated surroundings.

The seven-bedroom, seven-bath home has more than 11,000 square feet for guests to explore, spreading out and enjoying the home's added comforts, from a gourmet kitchen to a soaking tub in an almost Zen-like garden area that feels like your own private slice of paradise. Hand-crafted furnishings by local artisans add to the uniqueness of the home. For added comfort, concierge service, a cook, and nearly daily maid service are all provided with a stay at Casa Querencia in Punta Mita.
