A dramatic, two-story entry leads guests down a short staircase, directly through the ground floor of the home and on to the outdoor space, where you're greeted by a refreshing swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub. Relax in one of the two deck loungers poolside or use an umbrella to shade the outdoor dining table with room for eight. The space also includes a shaded section, which is flanked by columns and where you'll find some outdoor seating, as well as another partially shaded area that includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, nearby conversation seating, and a firepit.

Sliding glass doors lead back inside where an open floorplan presents an indoor seating area, as well as a dining table for eight, and nearby counter seating in the gourmet kitchen. Professional, stainless-steel appliances enhance the kitchen, while stark white cabinets continue the theme of white hues and furnishings, complemented by darker accents and statement lighting. The villa also features a cozy space with a couch and large flatscreen television, as well as an indoor gas fireplace. Two of the five bedrooms provide a king bed, and most offer a sleekly designed ensuite bath, as well as a private terrace. For added convenience, one bedroom even includes its own kitchenette.

A stay in this gated community is made even easier, as the home includes its own golfcart, daily maid service, high speed internet service, and free WiFi. As for Cabo Del Sol, the celebrated community is home to two golf courses with ocean views, plus it offers guests a prime location for accessing swimmable beaches and nearby surf breaks. Spend your time out on the water snorkeling, paddling, diving, or fishing, as the location sits just minutes away from the marina, plus also close to hiking and biking trails for outdoor fun and recreation.
