Featuring sweeping views of the gated Cabo community of Pedregal and the harbor of San Lucas Bay, Casa Connie is a uniquely designed villa that redefines a luxury vacation. At nearly 6,000 square feet Casa Connie includes six spacious bedrooms and the best modern amenities for you and your family, or friends. Enjoy everything this lavish property has to offer, from the inside-out.

An expansive King size bed can be found in each of the bedrooms at Casa Connie. Spend your nights lounging or snoozing on the beds that have been outfitted with plush pillows and crisp white sheets. Feel as if you are laying outdoors in the Master Bedroom with a ceiling that has been painted to resemble a cloud-filled sky. Large sliding glass doors against one wall of the Master bedroom lead out onto a terrace where you will find a private, more secluded pool. Ensuite bathrooms, TV's, private terraces, and lovely views can be found in all the bedrooms of Casa Connie.

Rustic and rich wood cabinets line the walls of Casa Connie's kitchen. Featuring plenty of counter space and modern, stainless steel appliances you can effortlessly create gourmet meals to wow your friends and family. Move into the dining room for a more formal, sit-down meal at the grand table with seating for up to eight guests. The living area of Casa Connie includes an array of plush sofas, so you can relax while still taking in the views from the terrace through the large windows. From the living area, a spiral staircase will take you to the upper level of Casa Connie. Take a moment to appreciate all the unique paintings and works of art that are found throughout the home.

There are many more amenities to revel in out on the terrace. Soak up the Baja sun on one of the many lounge chairs or escape the heat by taking a dip into the pool. Much larger than the pool adjacent to the Master Bedroom, the central pool can also be heated. Unwind in the Jacuzzi after a long day of exploring Cabo or feel as if you have entered a secluded oasis in the garden of Casa Connie, which has been filled with vibrant flowers and greenery. Go ahead and take your meals to the outdoor dining area or take advantage of the gas barbecue and grill for a savory surf and turf.

Perfect Trip!

Our trip was perfect! Couldn’t have been better. Thanks for all your help. Everything exceeded expectations. The house was the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. The local staff Jackie and Aaron our chef were amazing we couldn’t believe how good the food was. The boat ride was perfect. The mariachi band was incredible. It was our favorite family trip ever by far.

Wonderful House Overall!

The house was fantastic! We really loved our stay overall and really appreciated Sun Cabo's support in providing transportation, for example, which was a cheaper alternative than other transportation companies. I also really appreciated the text support with Jackie throughout the weekend. where she reminded us about transportation times and even helped bring salt over since it was missing in the house. A few things to note: 1) the hot tub is warm/hot but not actual hot tub hot, 2) the house was really cold and we struggled with the thermostats, although Jackie helped us out with this, and 3) the cleaning crew came by while we were at the house, popping in and out, as did the pool maintenance person, so it was a bit odd to have folks have access to the house and come in and out while were in the house lounging. I would have asked for the maintenance crews (which were great to have to keep the place clean) only come when we were out of the house because it did feel like we didn't have 100% privacy.

We regret not informing you that we could adjust both the timing and temperature upon request, via an app accessible only to the Property Manager. We’re sorry for this oversight. 2) We're sorry to hear that the house felt cold and that the AC units were challenging to navigate. We're glad Jackie could assist, but we acknowledge that we can do better in ensuring our guests' comfort from the start. 3) Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we apologize for any discomfort caused by the maintenance and housekeeping schedules. While we communicated these schedules at check-in, we realized we failed to ensure this information was relayed directly to you as the principal guest. We'll take steps to improve our communication and scheduling to respect our guests' privacy and preferences. Jackie, our local concierge was able to take care of any needs so quickly. Carlos was our main driver- wish we had someone like him in the states- he was amazing! Our chefs and butler took care of our culinary and adult beverage needs. We loved our experience and will book with Sun Cabo again for next year!!!

The house is amazing, location in pedregal perfect an easy walk downtown. The concierge service was not as easy as my previous stays in Cabo with other services. This company seemed less flexible and very corporate. We ended up setting up a lot of our own rides and reservations as it was less expensive and easier. I will say the dinner at the house they arranged was amazing and they were all very nice but again not super flexible. Other than that I’d stay at this place again absolutely!

Perfect Vacation Property

We had the best 7 day family vacation. Casa Connie is an scrupulously clean immaculate property. This is a beautiful home with lots of space, fantastic gardens, numerous patios, fountains and 2 pools. Children were happier staying at home than going to the beach. A competent friendly staff who actually drove out and did a couple of errands for us. Highly recommended, met our expectations and more. We will stay here again next year.
