One of the most beautiful homes with even better service and accommodation! Booked a welcome package, private chef, cigar and tequila tasting, and shuttle services through Sun Cabo. The local staff Jackie and Aaron our chef were amazing we couldn’t believe how good the food was. The boat ride was perfect. The mariachi band was incredible. The house was fantastic! We really loved our stay overall and really appreciated Sun Cabo's support in providing transportation, for example, which was a cheaper alternative than other transportation companies. I also really appreciated the text support with Jackie throughout the weekend. where she reminded us about transportation times and even helped bring salt over since it was missing in the house. A few things to note: 1) the hot tub is warm/hot but not actual hot tub hot, 2) the house was really cold and we struggled with the thermostats, although Jackie helped us out with this, and 3) the cleaning crew came by while we were at the house, popping in and out, as did the pool maintenance person, so it was a bit odd to have folks have access to the house and come in and out while were in the house lounging. I would have asked for the maintenance crews (which were great to have to keep the place clean) only come when we were out of the house because it did feel like we didn't have 100% privacy.

We sincerely apologize for the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations and want to address your points directly: 1) Regarding the hot tub temperature and schedule, the hot tub is set to heat at 102° from 5 to 11pm daily. We regret not informing you that we could adjust both the timing and temperature upon request, via an app accessible only to the Property Manager. We’re sorry for this oversight. 2) We're sorry to hear that the house felt cold and that the AC units were challenging to navigate. We're glad Jackie could assist, but we acknowledge that we can do better in ensuring our guests' comfort from the start. 3) Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we apologize for any discomfort caused by the maintenance and housekeeping schedules. While we communicated these schedules at check-in, we realized we failed to ensure this information was relayed directly to you as the principal guest. We'll take steps to improve our communication and scheduling to respect our guests' privacy and preferences. We're dedicated to improving based on your feedback and hope to exceed your expectations in your next visit.

We truly had an amazing time at Casa Connie. The photos did not over-sell the house as some vacation homes do. This place was even better than we imagined! 11 of us ladies stayed at Casa Connie - Pedegral. We had an amazing time! Megan set up our itinerary and was wonderful, even with last minute changes! Jackie, our local concierge was able to take care of any needs so quickly. Carlos was our main driver- wish we had someone like him in the states- he was amazing! Our chefs and butler took care of our culinary and adult beverage needs. We loved our experience and will book with Sun Cabo again for next year!!!

The house is amazing, location in pedregal perfect an easy walk downtown. The concierge service was not as easy as my previous stays in Cabo with other services. This company seemed less flexible and very corporate. We ended up setting up a lot of our own rides and reservations as it was less expensive and easier. I will say the dinner at the house they arranged was amazing and they were all very nice but again not super flexible. Other than that I’d stay at this place again absolutely!

We had the best 7 day family vacation. Casa Connie is an scrupulously clean immaculate property. This is a beautiful home with lots of space, fantastic gardens, numerous patios, fountains and 2 pools. Children were happier staying at home than going to the beach. A competent friendly staff who actually drove out and did a couple of errands for us. Highly recommended, met our expectations and more. We will stay here again next year.
