Set directly along the shoreline of El Encanto de la Laguna, Casa Canto del Mar brings together traditional Baja architecture, contemporary comfort, and an exceptional beachfront setting. With seven bedrooms accommodating up to 14 guests, the home is designed for families and groups who want plenty of room to gather while still having private spaces of their own. Throughout the villa, brick-vaulted ceilings, natural stone, warm wood accents, and expansive glass create a relaxed sense of place that feels distinctly connected to Los Cabos.

The main living spaces open directly to the oceanfront terrace, allowing the indoors and outdoors to flow naturally together. A gourmet kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable living room all take advantage of views across the Sea of Cortez. The villa also includes a dedicated office, high-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos audio, and smart-home features, making it equally easy to stay connected or completely settle into vacation mode.

Outdoor living is at the heart of Casa Canto del Mar. The heated infinity pool overlooks the sea, while an adjoining spa and separate private lap pool offer plenty of space to spend the day outside. Covered lounge areas provide shade, and the outdoor kitchen, professional BBQ, and generous dining terrace make meals outside an easy choice. As evening settles in, the fire pit becomes a natural gathering place with the beach and sound of the waves just beyond the terrace.

Each of the villa's seven bedrooms includes a private ensuite bathroom. The primary suite features a king bed, ocean views, private terrace access, a spacious dressing room, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and separate shower. The six additional suites each offer a queen bed and private shower ensuite, giving guests comfortable accommodations and privacy throughout their stay.

Direct beach access puts the shoreline only steps from the villa, while two stand-up paddleboards offer another way to enjoy the water. Guests also have access to VERA NEO Beach Club, located a short walk away, with a beachfront restaurant and fitness center overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
