Perched on a hillside surrounded by tropical landscaping and views of the sand and water below, the generous outdoor living and entertaining space extends to include a heated, infinity-edge swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a thatched palapa with a grill, outdoor kitchen, and circular dining table with chairs and built-in seating. A large formal dining table for 12 sits beneath elaborate, ornamental lighting, while the nearby kitchen incorporates an island with counter seating for three, stainless steel appliances, stacked ovens, and rich wood cabinetry. A separate bar area adds in counter-height stools, while a light-filled breakfast nook incorporates another, smaller dining table for four into the design, with sweeping outdoor views. The home includes an impressive two master suites, plus several of its bedrooms open to outdoor seating and lounge space overlooking the home's main patio, or one of two upstairs terraces. Stately canopy beds draw attention to vaulted ceilings in the private space, accompanied by grand bathrooms with spacious showers and sunken tubs. For extra privacy, a guest casita is utilized for the property's sixth bedroom.

The surrounding resort community is home to two outstanding golf courses, plus several high-end additions are planned soon, including a spa, dining experiences and a beach club at Park Hyatt resort and the much-celebrated Anima Village shopping area, both of which are expected in 2025.
