The luxury villa welcomes up to 22 guests with a charming and secluded private entry, surrounded by lush landscaping and tropical appeal. Large double doors open to reveal some of the homes most unique features, including an open courtyard with a fountain and detailing that's overflowing with Old World charm. With multiple opportunities for enjoying outdoor space, massive windows and glass doors allow for the seamless transition of an indoor/outdoor lifestyle throughout the property.

The focal point, of course, is often the ocean itself, as many of the villas rooms were designed to take in views of the Sea of Cortez. Some of the 10-bedrooms open to outdoor terraces and the homes courtyard, while a refreshing swimming pool and sundeck directly overlook the endless blue ocean and the surrounding rolling terrain. Relax on one of the six loungers, cool off in the pool, or take a dip in the Jacuzzi as the sun sets over the sand and water. Multiple fire pits and extensive seating areas mean never having to worry about running out of space. The outdoor living area also includes a covered dining table and grilling space.

Back inside, ocean views extend from a comfortable living room with a large sofa to a nearby dining room with enough space to seat 14 guests inside, and even more outside. The home also adds in a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with an island, and multiple private bedroom suites. Located not far from the restaurants and spa of Hacienda Del Mar resort, the location is also close to area beaches, golf, and watersports for outdoor adventures.

Small dogs are allowed for a daily fee of $150.00 usd plus taxes, this is upon request and pictures are required for approval.
