Add Yoga to Your Los Cabos Vacation

February 19, 2022

Many people use yoga to de-stress and improve their mental and physical wellness. Yoga can help with certain health issues, plus it can help improve things like sleep, emotional and mental health, and it can help support good health habits, too. While some people do yoga to target specific health issues, others use yoga as one part of a happier, healthier, and perhaps even a more spiritual lifestyle.

Yoga is growing in interest and popularity all over the world, and that’s certainly true in Los Cabos, as well. That’s why Sun Cabo Vacations offers yoga as one of its Private Wellness offerings. Our yoga packages last about one-hour. You’ll pay a set fee for up to four people. After that, each additional person is charged an additional fee. We provide an instructor, some bottled water for your session, and a yoga mat, so you don’t have to worry about packing any extra supplies for your next vacation to Cabo.

We offer our guests the choice of three different styles of yoga. The first type of yoga is called Ashtanga. It’s said to be a more modern form of classical Indian yoga. When you take one of the Ashtanga yoga classes, your instructor will help you focus on aligning your breath with movement, as breathing is said to dictate the length of movement in Ashtanga yoga.

The next type of yoga you can choose to do in Los Cabos is called Kundalini yoga. Sometimes referred to as the yoga of awareness, Kundalini yoga puts more of an emphasis on breathing techniques, energy, and chanting.

Finally, the third choice for those interested in taking a yoga class in Los Cabos is Vinyasa yoga. Some people call this flow yoga. Usually, you’ll start with poses for your spine, then the session works all the way up to the top of your head.

No matter which type of yoga you choose, you’re sure to find just the right relaxing experience when you opt for one of our Private Wellness sessions in Los Cabos. It’s just one more way Sun Cabo Vacations delivers the vacation experience you want on your next visit to Cabo.
