Since our start in 2001, Sun Cabo Vacations has always operated with a service-first philosophy that is based on honesty, integrity, knowledge, and communication. With these driving principles, we have grown to become one of the most respected and trusted vacation rental companies in Cabo.

Throughout the years, we have maintained excellent relationships with all owners of the properties we offer. This is the result of maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring that every one of the luxury villas in our collection is treated by our guests with the respect that your home deserves.

Our end goal is to keep both guests AND owners equally happy with their rental experience. When clients contact us looking for a luxury vacation home for their stay in Cabo, we work with them to find the perfect home at the right price.

At the same time, we qualify all of our groups to determine their needs, characteristics, how many adults, children, couples and singles they will be along with their planned activities. We will collect as many details as possible to ensure they will be the best fit to the guidelines and rules that you set for your property.

In a nutshell, our job is to deal with all the emails, phone calls, guest screening, rental agreements, money collection, social media, content management, guest reception, vacation planning, chefs, drivers, butlers, in-villa spa services and any other requirements the guests may request. While it is possible for homeowners to attempt this, planning a vacation for a large family or group is a very demanding and resource intensive job. Thankfully, we have all the necessary resources and staff in place to make sure that a customers vacation experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible!

Sun Cabo works with over 150 properties exclusively in the Los Cabos area.

In our early days, we began our business with a handful of small condos and homes back in 2001. We began to grow our fledgling company to include quality properties of varying sizes and to value the relationship we have with our owners above all else. The mutual trust we develop with our owners gives you the confidence your villa will be cared for and respected.

Screening is our priority

It is very rare for one of our properties to be damaged or over-occupied, and this is due to our stringent screening processes. We want to match the right guests to the right property – we take the time to do it , and we do it well.

Your villa will get a lot of exposure

Our website gets a lot of hits every day. However, that’s not enough to expose your villa to the widest audience possible. We will distribute your villa to multiple boutique agencies and up to 100

other websites as well as use our social media expertise to draw more traffic to your listing. We also have a deep network of luxury agency affiliations, that we work with that come to us exclusively when they need accommodation for their clients in Cabo. In addition, we print and distribute our 140-page catalog to both our guests and villas.

Whether it’s one of our 5 star chefs, concierge staff, professional drivers, or in-villa spa people, they are honest, professional, and reliable. In most cases, our staff has worked for us for many years because we treat all our employees like family and they truly enjoy working for Sun Cabo.
