The open-concept layout flows from a sleek chef's kitchen and formal dining area with seating for 12, to multiple ocean-facing lounges, shaded patios, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Spend your days poolside on a lounger, take a soak in the Jacuzzi under the stars, or enjoy cocktails around the fire pit as the sun sets.

The home's thoughtful features include air conditioning, a wheelchair-accessible layout, and a family-friendly heated pool. Inside, you'll find satellite TVs in every room, high-speed WiFi, a wine fridge, and elegant modern furnishings throughout.

Located steps from the beach and within the Puerto Los Cabos golf community, the villa is also a short drive to some of San José del Cabo's most finest culinary destinations, including Flora Farms, Acre, and the restaurants of the nearby Ritz-Carlton.
