Open the sliding glass doors for seamless indoor/outdoor space, as even a Ping Pong table is oriented to take in views of the waterfront below. This terrace opens to lounge space and even some hammocks gently rocking in the breeze, as you're left to peacefully take in views of the sand and water below. The main, sun-soaked terrace of the home is where you'll find a refreshing, infinity-edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi, enjoying its own commanding water views. The outdoor space adds a total of eight deck loungers, multiple outdoor seating and dining areas, a gas BBQ, an outdoor stereo system, and a fire pit.
Sweeping water views are possible from the private bedrooms, too, as glass doors open to additional terraces and outdoor seating space. Upscale rich leather and wood furnishings are carried throughout the home, from the private bedrooms to the grand living areas and the gourmet kitchen. The home also includes a smaller kitchenette for convenience and some additional living space, oftentimes only heightened by some of the unmatched views from walls of windows and glass doors found throughout the home. The villa additionally offers a more formal dining area with seating for up to 10 guests inside, overlooking the abundant outdoor space.

This property was one of the best properties I stayed at and it all started with the amazing staff that helped me book the villa to the staff who was there the weekend of. Jennifer was quick responsive and helped me with everything that I needed. She was there for each step of the way and helped me transition to talking with Irene. Irene helped me with the whole process of booking my transportation, to the chef services and all the stuff we planned to do. When we arrived at the house we were in awe because the concierge was the best and chef Aaron was very helpful. Chef Aaron made the best food we can ask for during our trip and Jackie was responsive to us at any point of the day and always checked in. Highly recommend this place to stay because it is comfortable, big and awesome area to stay close to downtown!
