Many of the bedrooms open to their own outdoor space and ocean views, while the bonus of a casita on the property delivers an extra dose of privacy, with a studio set-up featuring the home's ninth bedroom, a small kitchen and a living area separate from the main home. A short five-minute walk to Pedregal Beach, the home is also close to the tennis and pickleball courts of Pedregal Tennis Club, an organic market, and Cabo San Lucas Marina.
