Refresh in the infinity-edge swimming pool as the oversized space seemingly blends in with the endless blue water and the horizon over the Sea of Cortez for as far as you can see. The large Jacuzzi gives you a place to kick back and relax at the end of the evening with fellow guests or choose to soak up the sun from one of the villa's eight deck loungers. The sun-drenched outdoor space also adds a poolside dining table for eight directly overlooking the water, plus a shaded terrace where even more dining tables exist for the comfort of guests.

Walls of glass doors open to the inside of the home, where the space features a dramatic stone fireplace that reaches all the way to the top of the room's vaulted ceiling. Comfortable couches define the living room, while the tastefully decorated home also adds two more dining tables, with a total of 14 dining chairs. The well-appointed kitchen provides professional appliances and a small island for meal prep, while a separate breakfast bar supplies additional seating options. The kitchen wraps around to include more seating and entertaining space with a built-in bar area. The subdued, yet tasteful decor allows visitors to completely relish views of the waterfront, as many of the rooms in the villa open to outdoor space. This includes the home's two largest and almost equal bedroom suites. In total, the home offers four bedrooms and 4.5-baths, plus exclusive luxuries such as daily maid service.

The gated community sits just to the south of the famed Palmilla Golf Club and the legendary experiences, activities, and signature upscale dining opportunities of the One & Only Palmilla resort. Guests also enjoy easy beach access with nearby swimmable beaches, shopping, and more just minutes away with a stay at Villa Mar de Vida in Palmilla Sur.
