Villa Tranquila

Anyone looking for a quaint yet luxurious vacation villa in one of Cabo's most exclusive communities will enjoy staying at Villa Tranquila. This lovely 4-bedroom home inside the private Punta Ballena community features exquisite traditional furnishings and a colonial design that will truly make you feel far away from all the noise of modern society. The villa spans over 3,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 8 guests in its spacious bedrooms.

Three of the bedrooms at Villa Tranquila are located inside the main house, with two of them featuring great views of the ocean. Outside in the casita, which is located in the courtyard and has its own entrance, there is a fourth bedroom for guests who enjoy falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the fountain.

The villa's private outdoor area gives guests a great view of the sea while getting a tan, reading a book in the shade, or swimming in the heated pool and hot tub. The patio also has a built-in gas BBQ for you (or your private chef) to grill your fresh catch of the day, in addition to a poolside palapa where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the refreshing ocean breeze.

Lastly, guests of Villa Tranquila are also given access to the Punta Ballena Beach Club. This private beach club features an up-close beachfront view of the Sea of Cortez with plenty of other activities and experiences for guests to enjoy, including an oceanfront pool, relaxing lounge areas, a fitness center, and tennis courts. Traveling to and from the Beach Club is easy and convenient thanks to the villa's private golf cart which comes complimentary with every rental.
