Spaciously laid out, this home features a grand central room containing living and dining areas as well as an adjacent circular kitchen. The latter is unique in its shape and boasts Viking appliances and would appeal to the most gourmet of chefs making time in the kitchen a total pleasure!
Many of the rooms in Casa Punta Vista have circular walls, thus lending the impression of a greater panoramic view up on looking out the semi-circular windows. Furnishings and decor are in neutral and light tones and maintain a sense of openness and warmth throughout.
Outside is a lovely, open terrace featuring an infinity pool that merges its seamless line into the ocean. Offering shade is a palapa under which is a tastefully designed outdoor cooking and eating area complete with quality BBQ and wet bar.

Casa Punta Vista is about the best you can find in Pedregal, with great walks going up to hills and down to beach. Super quiet at end of private street. The great room has stunning view onto infinity-edge pool and ocean beyond. Watching the whales play was a favorite pastime!

The home was beautiful and suited our group perfectly. Leslie our concierge was nice and on top of everything. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, view was out of this world. My only recommendation is that there would be a mixer and non-plastic cooking utensils. The Viking stove/oven was very nice.
