Covid-19 Update & Updated Cancellation Policies for our Customers



Sun Cabo Vacations has been working closely with our homeowners and property managers to put in place various preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 to our staff and customers.

Our cleaning staff have been thoroughly trained by hygiene experts in COVID-19 recommended sanitization procedures and have been issued detailed checklists to ensure that the home you stay in has been thoroughly sanitized and cleaned for your protection.

Sun Cabo Vacations will provide a “sanitization package” in each villa which includes hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and masks for your personal protection.

All staff will be using masks and personal protective equipment, when interacting with customers to ensure your safety and theirs.

All staff have been instructed to limit their direct interaction with guests as much as possible and will wear personal protective equipment when our paths cross to ensure your safety and theirs.

Understandably, we are all hyper-conscious of our environments, especially unfamiliar spaces. Thus, a pleasant, but spartan, clean-smelling home is an inviting way to begin your vacation!

In addition, we will endeavour to ensure at least a full day in-between group arrivals and up to 3 days when possible.

Your health and safety are our highest priority. Sun Cabo has retained the services of a hospital physician to be on-call for any health related concerns during your stay should you require any assistance.

Virtually all new reservations now qualify for our "no questions asked" refund policy up until 2 weeks prior to departure. If you have a change of heart or simply just no longer want to travel you will get a full refund! Please ask your agent for details.
