only minutes from the golden sands and azure surf of the
famed Costa Azul (Blue Coast).
Echoing the peaceful ambiance of the haciendas of old, this
private hillside retreat features white walls, red
terracotta roof tiles, arched windows and columned verandas
decorating the exterior of the home.
Inside, the colorful charm of Mexico is present in every
room. Bright linens, local art and handcrafted wood
furnishings add rustic elegance to the interior spaces, and
Saltillo tiles in soft oranges and reds fill the home with
warmth. High wood-beamed ceilings, numerous windows and
skylights frame the open-concept living and dining rooms,
creating a spacious, inviting atmosphere that radiates with
sunlight.
Patrizias gourmet kitchen includes lovely wood cabinetry and
tile work, as well as a functional breakfast bar and top-of-
the-line stainless steel appliances.

main level flows around the elevated Jacuzzi and large
Palapa that shades the outdoor lounge, grilling area, TV,
stereo system and swim-up bar. The second pool on the upper
level is set with natural rock - reminiscent of a romantic
hot spring. Spectacular vistas of the Cortez provide a
soothing backdrop, and tall palms and lush greenery create a
private oasis for rest and relaxation.
