The interior design is inspired by sophisticated Spanish Colonial style. Soft, neutral tones in the home are brightened with a blend of classic paintings and local art. The ultra-gourmet kitchen is any chefs dream, with extensive cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with a gas range. A wide screen TV, leather sofas, and chaise lounges are the highlights of the media center. Leather furnishings also feature in the living and dining areas, along with beautiful, hand-crafted wood furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling walkways connect indoor and outdoor living at Villa Gran Vista.
Adjacent to the gorgeous infinity pool, an outdoor grilling area and bar (swim-up) are shaded by a beautiful wood pergola. Modern design elements seem to have inspired the geometric beauty of the infinity pool and elevated Jacuzzi. Around the pool, lounge chairs face out towards the brilliant blue Pacific, inviting guests to relax in the sun and enjoy the calming ocean vistas.
