Living Room
The living room sits beween the dining room and the kitchen.
It features a large domed ceiling, lined with bricks which
culminates in a dormer at the top. There is a 52″ home
theater system complete with surround sound. Included in
the electronics is a iPod dock, DVD player and Dish Network
satellite system. A large sectional couch and coffee table
make up the main seating area. Adjacent to the sectional
are two large lounge chairs.
Dining Room
The formal dining room seats 10 people at an elegant oak
table. Custom upholstered chairs rim the long rectangular
table with a large wrought iron chandelier. The wrought
iron contains the dining room alongside the atrium.
Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen located on the main level features
granite countertops with a travertine tile floor. A large
island workstation comes complete with a prep sink and large
workspace. A four burner professional stove with custom
wood accented hood serves as a focal point along the custom
cabinate lined wall. A stainless steel dishwasher begins a
peninsula that seats 5 people at a bar height counter. The
stainless steel appliances also include a double wall oven,
large refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. The open
concept kitchen spills out into the atrium and dining room.
