Villa Amanda features 5,808 squared-feet of air-conditioned
space, with five bedrooms, and five and one-half baths. The
master suite provides a king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub & a
beautiful ocean view. The additional four bedrooms all have
in suite bathrooms, the second bedroom provides a king-size
bed, and the third bedroom features two queen-size beds with
an additional twin trundle bed, the fourth bedroom offers
two full-size beds and the fifth bedroom offers two twin
beds.
This centrally cooled residence comes complete with surround
sound throughout, provides an open design kitchen with an
island and a breakfast bar that seats three. If entertaining
you have the option to close the glass sliding doors to keep
the noise down of all the cooking, dicing and action in the
kitchen. There is a laundry room off the kitchen equipped
with a full size washer and dryer.
In the back yard, which faces the Sea of Cortez, you have a
small grassy yard, an infinity edge pool & Jacuzzi
surrounded by a Cantera-tiled patio. Next to the pool you
can entertain under a beautiful contemporary palapa
(thatched roof area) with a marble table that seats six.
The private, heated pool is approximately 12 ft by 45 ft
with a depth range of 5 feet (great area for kids to play or
to sunbathe) that encompasses 45 % of the pool to 5ft. The
private outdoor hot tub has a capacity of 5-6 people. Ten
steps off your patio take you to the warm sand. The beach
located in front of Villa Amanda is great for walking and is
swim able seasonally. Please check with your concierge on
the conditions once you arrive. Be prepared to watch
whales from your patio when in season (Dec-Mar).
