A home that flows seamlessly between indoors and out. Its
open concept design facilitates an ideal setting for leisure
and entertainment. On the main floor, Casa Theodore extends
from an indoor area for cooking, dining and relaxation out
to the fully equipped terrace. Outdoor amenities include a
wet bar, BBQ, pool table, enclosed firepit and swimming
pool, thus encouraging full enjoyment of the warm climate
and great view out to the Pacific.
Decor is light with neutral beiges and blues with and
accents of hand-painted Mexican ceramic tiles throughout.
Separate self-contained rooms located on lower levels offer
comfortable bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and kitchens -
allowing for privacy when desired. For anyone having
difficulty with mobility or walking, a main floor master
bedroom allows access to all amenities with ease.
There is a full Home Theatre System in the MAIN HOUSE, which
includes DIRECTV (225 channels - 32 movie channels, 100
entertainment channels, 31 digital music channels, and all
the sports packages available from the NFL, NBA, MLB as well
as all the hot college sports), DVD Player, VCR w/Movie
Library and Stereo w/Carousel CD Players.All systems are
completely integrated with Surround Sound.
The Guest House and Guest Apartment rentals include all of
the above.
