General
Casa Simona is an elegant home in a private gated community that is available for vacation rentals. It can sleep up to 12 people and includes all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. Located in Caleta Palmilla, "The Neighborhood" in Los Cabos, Mexico, you are a very short walk to a beautiful private beach, adjacent to Palmilla's 27-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, and a short drive to the quiet town of San Jose del Cabo, a delightful old Mexican village with excellent restaurants. Cabo San Lucas is only 17 miles away.
One Master suite is connected to the "Kids" room that includes bunk beds which can sleep up to 6.
There is a large outdoor play area, a wooden crib with full mattress is available and English-speaking babysitter service can be easily arranged.
The central meeting and social place, all of the great room doors open to the outside, providing a magnificent entertainment and dining area filled with cool ocean breezes. The exterior of the Grand Salon includes an outdoor fireplace and seating area for late evening fun.
The heated pool and spa faces the Sea of Cortez and includes a large swimming area as well as a shallow wading area for lazy relaxation (and for children). Comfortable chairs and chaise lounges are plentiful under the adjoining covered verandahs and open patios.
El Rey Suite. Listen to the waves and enjoy the brilliant stars as you relax in this elegant king-sized bedroom adjoining a large private sitting area.
La Reina Suite. Spacious and secluded with two queen beds, your own private garden and outdoor seating this suite provides extraordinary comfort and privacy.
El Campo Suite. Enjoy both ocean and courtyard views in this large king-sized bedroom with access to the adjacent suite for private entertainment or for families with children.
La Cucheta Suite. Specifically designed for fun, this very large bedroom includes its own entertainment center and double bunk beds with queens at the bottom and extra long twins on top!
