Casa Joya del Mar boasts a stunning view to the horizon
beyond. Designed with the outer vista as a focal point, this
house features many windows and an outdoor terrace oriented
to the ocean itself. The infinity pool cascades over an edge
that seemingly meets the ocean. Any room with an ocean view
has an attached outdoor balcony or terrace so as to invite
an onlooker to enjoy the most of what the sight has to
offer.
On the upper floor is the grand room with kitchen, living
and dining areas self defined yet as part of one large
space. Expanding out from the living area is a large semi-
circular outside balcony with built-in seating and colorful
pillows to accompany a dining table and chairs. Interior
decor is in natural stone and brick against white walls with
rich dark furnishings. High domed ceilings and large pillars
add to a majestic air within this home.
The kitchen features light wood cabinets and granite
countertops. A centerpiece is an exquisitely hand carved
kitchen table that is contemporary in design.
Bedrooms are decorated in warm tones and rich, bold accents
complemented by light streaming in through skylights and
