The end of April will mark the end of what I believe has been one of the best offers we have ever been able to offer in Cabo. Since Casa Esperanza was available to rent the owner has allowed us to offer this 4 bedroom luxury villa at just $950.00 per night. To put that into perspective a 4 bedroom unit in the residences next door at the Esperanza resort is $3500.00 but then you need to add another 29% for service fees and taxes.

Not only is Casa Esperanza a truly beautiful home guests have access to the beach club with its spa, fitness equipment, bar and restaurant as well as those in the Esperanza Resort. In fact it is hard to understand why we still have any dates available in the house. That might be because the owner only accepts 7 night rentals and they have to run Sunday to Sunday. Then again that is how you have to book if you want to stay in the Residences in Esperanza.

True Luxury for Less Money

Los Cabos has 3 world class and renowned resorts that provide unsurpassed luxury accommodations and services: Las Ventanas, Esperanza and the One & Only Palmilla. The last two have residential communities close to them that provide similar levels of accommodations to visitors wanting the privacy and intimacy of a villa rather than a hotel.

In Palmilla case the name actually includes not only the hotel but also several residential communities. Sun Cabo has been privileged to be the only agency allowed to promote Villas del Mar since the formation of the community's rental program.
