Sun Cabo Vacations is proud to have been a member of the Nevada Better Business Bureau since 2005. Accredited in June of 2005 and approved to meet the BBB-Online standards in July, Sun Cabo is proud to be a member with an A+ rating.

An A+ rating signifies a commitment from Sun Cabo to keep ALL of our customers happy - that is our commitment to you. In fact, we know of no other agency dealing with Cabo San Lucas that is a member of the Better Business Bureau - let alone one with an A+ rating.

This is most likely because getting "certified" by the BBB is a lengthy process to ensure that the companies they do certify are legitimate indeed. This process took well over a year to complete, but in the long run we felt it was worthwhile to prove to our customers that we are in fact who we say we are! In this day and age it can be difficult to tell a reputable online business from one that might just take your money and run - and they are out there.
