Local Bus Service

You may not think bus service has much to do with luxury villas but getting around Cabo on the local "Subercabos" buses is easier than you think.



These buses run between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, all day, every day of the week. There are a number of bus stops with shaded seating etc but feel free to wave the bus down from anyplace on the highway - they are more than happy to pick you up and drop you off exactly where you want to go along the route. Some buses are express buses and won't stop but don't let that deter you - keep on waving.

This convenience can sometimes be an inconvenience when passengers are requesting many stops along the way but hey - you are in Cabo so go with the flow!

Buses run between 5am and 10pm. Cost is between 7 and 23 pesos depending on far you ride. Here are a couple of examples:

San Jose to Airport - $7.00 pesos

Cabo to Airport - $23.00 pesos

San Jose to Cabo - $15.00 pesos
