Casa Contenta is in the Conchas Chinas area just 3 minutes south of the Romantic Zone, high up on a hillside looking down and out onto an expansive view of the ocean.
Town: The Romantic Zone (Old Town) is within walking distance where you will discover cobblestone streets, gourmet restaurants, stores, boutiques and numerous art galleries.
Beaches: Conchas Chinas Beach is a 7 minute walk down the hill from the house, and a 15 minute walk to the well-known Los Muertos Beach in Old Town.
Airport: The new modern airport is 10 miles north of the house and a 25 minute ride.
Marina: Is 8 miles north of the house.
