Overview
Two on-site freeform infinity pools provide year-round swimming. Protected by a rocky point, a crescent, north-facing beach provides safe swimming in front of the resort, with personal watercraft rentals, kayaking, boogie boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, and banana-boating available (surcharges) from an independent operator.
The Cabo Real development features a golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., with complimentary shuttle service provided by the golf club. The resort staff also books tee times at Los Cabos' other major courses: Palmilla Golf Course 6.75 km (4.25 mi); Cabo del Sol golf courses 9.25 km (5.75 mi); Raven Golf Club 18 km (11.25 mi).
Use of the Hilton's two lighted tennis courts is complimentary. Horseback riding and ATV rentals are available nearby (surcharges). Whale-watching excursions are available from Cabo San Lucas during the November-April migration of gray whales, and whales can also sometimes be seen in front of the resort.
The Hilton Los Cabos Beach and Golf Resort is a moderately priced lodging option for visitors to Mexico's Baja coast, approximately 20 miles from San Jose del Cabo International Airport, 12 miles from Cabo San Lucas and six miles from San Jose del Cabo.
