Chef Felipe Guadarrama

Chef Felipe Guadarrama is one of the most experienced and passionate chefs you can find in all of Cabo. His grandmother taught him to cook at a young age because he had always dreamed of becoming a chef and loves every aspect of cooking. For him, food is not just about nourishment. It creates memories, comforts the soul, gives pleasure, and unites family and friends.

Chef Felipe, who has been a chef for 23 years, has worked with master chefs in top restaurants and hotels in Mexico City, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Monterrey, and Los Cabos. He loves to cook and eat Mexican cuisine, and considers his “yellow” ceviche with sea bass as his signature dish. His inspiration comes from trying out every kind of cuisine imaginable and preparing dishes using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
