The master suite provides a king-size bed, a beautiful ocean view, a his and hers bathroom with 2 separate Jacuzzi tubs and a garden view. The additional three bedrooms all have in suite bathrooms, the second bedroom provides a king-size bed, and the third bedroom features two queen-size beds with an additional twin trundle bed, the fourth bedroom offers two full-size beds.
This five-star beachfront property is located between Cabo San Lucas & San Jose del Cabo (in the area known as the Corridor) in the exclusive Blue Sea development. Situated right on the ocean, this contemporary home is beautifully appointed. The living and dining rooms feature incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. Beautiful landscaping, fountains, and lighting further enhance this unique Retreat. Additional amenities include an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, gourmet kitchen, as well as marble and granite decor elements throughout.
This centrally cooled residence comes complete with surround sound throughout, provides an open design kitchen with an island and a breakfast bar that seats four. The media room is located next to the kitchen, on one side you will conveniently find the wine fridge and a wet bar to prepare those margaritas while watching the golf game. The Round media room has a 52-inch flat screen TV with full theatre sound. Behind the kitchen you will find a separate laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
In the back yard, which faces the Sea of Cortez, you have a small grassy yard, an infinity edge pool & Jacuzzi surrounded by a Cantera-tiled patio. Next to the pool you can entertain under a beautiful contemporary palapa (thatched roof area) with a marble table that seats six. The private, heated pool is 12 ft by 40 ft with a depth range of 5” to 5´. The private outdoor hot tub has a capacity of 5-6 people. At the top of the stairs you will find a small outdoor shower to wash off the salt water and sand. Ten steps off your patio take you to the warm sand. The beach located in front of Villa Anne-Lie is great for walking and is swimming seasonally. Please check with your concierge on the conditions once you arrive. Be prepared to watch whales from your deck when in season.
