The PENTHOUSE has two bedrooms and a Den, two (2) king-sized
Master bedrooms with great window views, closet & draw
space; the Den has a pullout sofa bed with bi-fold privacy
door, full bath; and a 46" Plasma TV . This room
provides space for an additional couple, a place for the
kids to sleep, or use it as a den/office. The condo entrance
allows one to unload before entering; office space with
internet/ WiFi hook-up is available as well as a separate
laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen
and dining room is fully equiped for fine dining and full
cooking capabilities for your own chef or caterer to delight
your palate. The living room offers stereo and 32" Plasma TV
viewing with SURROUND SOUND . The 46" Plasma TV can be in
the den or the 2nd master bedroom . The 1st master bedroom
(small plasma TV) which enters onto the terrace with the
jacuzzi has bedside ocean views of Punta Palmilla ; it is a
dream location for morning coffee. Each area and room has
ceiling fans, air conditioning and local phone.
In 1 minute you can be down on the beach and into the gentle
or surfing waves of Costa Azul Beach. Gaze at the
SUNSET/MOON RISE or the jumping WHALES while you BBQ

and friends from the kitchen- bar -dining room central area,

a jaunt to Mega market, San Jose del Cabo town and events,
