Villa Clara Vista sits magnificently atop a cliff overlooking the exclusive community of Pedregal. Its vista extends to the deep blue waters of the Pacific or to Lands End where these waters converge with the warm tides from the Sea of Cortes. Villa Clara Vista is a beautiful home with a unique design. Positioned directly towards the ocean, it dissolves the separation between indoors and out, as exemplified by a swimming pool bridging the living room to the vista beyond. At the living room doorstep, one can traverse across the water via large stepping stones to a grand terrace perched high over the vista below.
