Casa Sereno Solara is a stunning hacienda style home with
approximately 3,600 square feet of interior air conditioned
space. Located on the third tier of El Encanto de La Laguna,
this Los Cabos retreat is only four hundred feet to a
pristine white sand beach. The home has great sun
orientation, spectacular views, and a lush tropical
landscaped setting. The community of El Encanto de La Laguna
is the perfect escape. With San Jose del Cabo only 15
minutes away, one can enjoy a walk along the beach or the
desert and let the beauty of the natural settings awaken
their senses. The perfect location to feel away from it all
and close enough to enjoy the conveniences of town.
The home has 2 master bedrooms each with a king size bed and
full spa like bathroom. There is a guest room/TV studio with
a queen size pull out sofa bed and full bathroom. The home
is professionally decorated with beautiful furniture and
fabrics throughout. The kitchen is complete with stainless
steel appliance, black granite, and chefs cooking island.
The laundry room has two full size washers and dryers. The
spacious and chic ocean facing office is perfect for anyone
that would like the privacy of working in front of the Sea
of Cortez while listening to the sound of the surf and
utilizing the crocodile skin seat and glass table.
The home boasts its own exclusive gym. Unlike any other
residence in the area, the private home gym is more of a
professional gym than a regular home gym, with top of the
line equipment. The gym is located in the detached casita
above the 2 car garage and partially in the garage. For the
fitness minded, this vacation home is perfect.
The home has an outside terrace area second to none with
spectacular views to the Sea of Cortez and Palmilla Point.
There is an oversized infinity pool and Jacuzzi, palapa swim
up bar with barstools located in the pool. Inside of the
palapa area there is an ice maker, mini-fridge, and sink.
The home has a 36 stainless gas BBQ, and fire-pit. The
backyard of Casa Sereno Solara is the perfect location for
taking in the warm afternoon Los Cabos sun while listening
to the sound of the surf only 500 feet away.
