exclusive El Encanto de la Laguna community, Radda sits just
above the beach and has spectacular ocean views stretching
all the way to Palmilla Point.
Inside the home, colonial-inspired accents like rustic wood
beams and columned archways share the interior space with
ultra-chic retro dcor. This unique style really shines in
the living and dining areas where eclectic furnishings sit
like pieces of art throughout each room.
Designed with beauty and functionality in mind, Raddas
kitchen and adjacent wet bar feature rich charcoal-toned
cabinets, granite countertops, top quality stainless steel
appliances and plenty of space to cook and entertain.
Expansive recessed glass doors open onto the beautiful pool
terrace - inviting guests to swim, dine, relax or play in
the warm sun and fresh sea breezes. Outdoor living at Radda
includes a covered 8-seat dining area, Palapa-shaded swim-up
bar with an ice maker and mini fridge, a deluxe grilling
area and a gas fire pit. The waters of the elevated Jacuzzi
cascade into the infinity pool below and plush lounge beds
face out toward the breathtaking vistas of the Sea of
Cortez.
