This stunning villa in the Caleta development of Palmilla is
one of our best located beachfront properties. Expansive
decks, courtyards, swimming pool, jacuzzi, driving range and
putting green, teak patio furniture and several dining areas
make the outdoor spaces of this vacation home a delight.
The five bedrooms of the main house consist of a master
suite on the pool level with king size bed, full bath
complete with a large sunken bathtub and dressing area, and
terrace complimenting the stunning view. The "children's
room" is located on the same level directly behind the
master suite and features two twin beds and an ensuite
bathroom.
One level up there are three more bedrooms. Two of these
have two double beds each, ensuite bathrooms and a shared
large terrace. These two bedrooms are connected via an
interior door. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite
and private terrace.
The main living area is separted from the rest of the house
in the Mexican Hacienda style. It features a large dining
table, commerical kitchen with double fridge and 6 burner
gas stove. The sunken living room is on the pool level and
has a wood burning fire place and plenty of comfortable
seating.
The large infinity pool truly looks like it extends into the
deep blue of the Sea of Cortez. A few steps down take you
to the outdoor jacuzzi on your way to the beach. This level
also has a very nice 4 hole putting green.
Some more steps down and you are on one of the most stunning
beaches in the world. The soft white sand seems to go on
forever as is curves into the world famous Palmilla Cove
where you can hire a panga for an offshore fishing trip.
Steps down on the other side of the pool take you to a large
palapa covered outdoor living space. The circular area has
cushoined seating all around and in the center is a
beautiful double hammock. Everyone should try laying in
this hammock as it is truly one of the most relaxing
pleasures you will ever experience.
This family oriented house also has a 5 bedroom guest house
next door with an additional swiming pool. This guest house
is also available to rent at an additional cost.
The guest house has 4 bedrooms on the main level with 3 of
those having king beds, off one of these bedrooms is a
children's bedroom with three twins plus a twin bunk bed.
One the pool level is a 5th bedroom that has two more twin
beds.
